The fully distributed (ie remote) work environment allows me to work from anywhere in the world. We work hard during busy season, but never more than standard 40 hours (never the 60+ hours I used to work at Big 4)! Because compensation is commission based, I can work as little or as much as I want, and my pay reflects that effort. There is always more than enough work for all team members, so there is never a feeling of "not enough." The team has an excellent sense of client service that is unmatched in competitor firms. And our happy clients make for a happy work environment.
